Instant queue

An instant queue (also known as an insta-queue) is when a Dungeon Finder or other Instance queue immediately becomes available to join as soon as it's requested. This most commonly happens to in-demand roles, like tank or healer, and will happen more often in more recently released content, like the newest Raid Finder wings. When queuing for content with a full group, players always receive an insta-queue.

Players also receive an instant queue when queueing for content that requires few or no additional players, like the Proving Grounds, Follower Dungeons, the Darkmaul Citadel (instance), or Raid finder for legacy raids using NPC's like Seer Kazal or Ta'elfar.

It is possible to tell when there might be an instant queue when a role is under a Call to Arms.
