Affects | [Reincarnation] |
Improved Reincarnation is a Shaman talent in the Restoration tree. It reduces the cooldown of the [Reincarnation] ability, and greatly increases the amount of health and mana the shaman has after using Reincarnation.
Notes
- Without the talent, the shaman will have 20% health and 20% mana after using Reincarnation. With two points in the talent, this is doubled. While the extra health and mana is wasted when Reincarnation is used for wipe recovery, it increases the viability of using Reincarnation to get back into the fight while the group or raid is still in combat. This makes the talent useful for raiding.
Patch changes
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
- Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): This talent reduces the cooldown of Reincarnation by 7/15 minutes, down from 10/20 minutes. Reincarnation cannot be used in Arenas.
- Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19):
- Fixed a bug where rank 1 of this talent was not decreasing the cooldown properly.
- Now also increases the health and mana you reincarnate with by 10/20%.
- Patch 1.2.0 (2004-12-18): Renamed from Improved Self-Reincarnation.
