He was once outside and was mainly notable for selling Bronze Tubes, useful for the pre-Cataclysm version of the quest  [25] Look To The Stars. His stock was quite limited, however, so players on high population servers sometimes had trouble acquiring one.

He can now be found inside a small house off the road between the town proper and the flight master, speaking with Cog Glitzspinner and Finbus Geargrind.
