Cog Glitzspinner is gnome found in Darkshire in a building off the path to the flight master, where he is engaged in a conversation with Finbus Geargrind and Herble Baubbletump.
He is a friend of Viktori Prism'Antras and promised him to help him build a device to look at the stars.[1]
During the third invasion of the Burning Legion, Cog was seen cowering in fear when the Veiled Hand controlled the town.[2]
