The Herald in The Winds of War
The subject of this article or section was part of the Scourge Invasion, a two-time world event that heralded the opening of Naxxramas in patch 1.11.0, and the opening of Northrend in patch 3.0.2.
The Herald of the Lich King was an unseen entity that did a series of zone-wide yells during the second Scourge Invasion. In the comic, when the Scourge attacked Stormwind Harbor and Orgrimmar, a large, shade-like figure speaks similar lines.[1]

- During the first Scourge Invasion, the Mouth of Kel'Thuzad yelled the lines.
- The Voice must have been the Lich King, judging by the angry tone of his voice which is later heard during the confrontation with Overthane Balargarde
