Hei Feng was a giant black corrupted cloud serpent in service of Shan Bu. It can be found at Shan'ze Dao with its master absorbing power from a lightning storm in preparation for an attack on Niuzao Temple. During 
[25-35] Surprise Attack!, Shan Bu brings the cloud serpent along with his Shan'ze clan to kill Niuzao. The August Celestial receives help from adventurers and the Shado-Pan forces led by Ban Bearheart. Despite the beast's powerful shadow and lightning magic, it was felled by Niuzao's protectors, forcing Shan Bu to retreat.

Abilities
At Shan'ze Dao:
- Celestial Focus - In an extreme state of focus, absorbing the massive energies of the storm. Impervious to his surroundings, and immune to all damage and effects.
At Niuzao Temple:
- Shadow Detonation 500 yd range — Shoots a bolt of shadow energy that explodes on impact. Instant. Hits for 35,000-38,000 Shadow. A red circle appears on the ground a few seconds before it hits.
- Serpent Sweep — 2.5 sec cast. Hits for ~9,000 Physical on cloth and knocks affected units up and back.
- Deep Breath 500 yd range — 4 sec cast. Triggers...
- Deep Breath Effect 500 yd range — Instant. Ticks for 29,000-30,000 Fire every 2 sec to units in a frontal cone.
