Haldor the Compulsive is a draenei of the Aldor found in the northwest Bank of the Terrace of Light in Shattrath City. He sells specialized flasks only usable in raid zones to players who are exalted with the Cenarion Expedition, the Sha'tar, and the Aldor. The flasks are only purchasable with tokens obtained from creatures in Tempest Keep: The Eye, Serpentshrine Cavern, and the Black Temple.
