Greater Obsidian Key is created by combining 30 
[Key Fragments] and 3 
[Key Framing], which drop from mobs in and around the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. Once a week, players can create one of these greater keys and trade it in to Wrathion or Sabellian, depending on which faction they chose to ally with for the week for 
[70EWQ] Allegiance to One. Subsequent keys created are 
[Restored Obsidian Key]s, which can be turned in to additional NPCs repeatedly.
