Greasefang was the gnoll matriarch of the Woodpaw clan, and the mother of Jaggal.
The Woodpaws shared their lands with the hyenas who later vanished, but Greasefang didn't care about them. When the problems with chopped down trees arose, Greasefang blamed the Feral Scar yetis and the other gnolls, except Hackle, agreed with her. After the yetis were forced to move to east, they entered the Woodpaw lands, attacked the gnolls, but eventually moved further east. This seemed to confirm Greasefang's words. Eventually, the brute Claw, upon being convinced by Gnaw took Greasefang to show her the cut trees, but the two never returned, and Jaggal blamed the yetis. Following their deaths, Gnaw and Jawstretcher succeeded them.[1]
Notes
- Hackle pointed out that the yetis were gone, so her killers could be the Gordunni ogres.
