Gor'krosh, meaning "the Long Knives", is a large white raptor terrorizing the Valley of Trials in Durotar during the Heritage of Draenor questline. The Valley's inhabitants initially did not know what it was, but the frightened peons named it "the Long Knives" for the long knife-like gashes it left across the backs of its victims.[1][2]
To earn the Blessing of the Clan for their om'gora, orc adventurers are sent to investigate the killings and determine that the beast is a raptor.[2] They then follow its tracks to its lair in the hills in southeastern Durotar (between Tiragarde Keep and the Darkspear Strand), where they summon it by interacting with its nest, kill it, take one of its namesake "long knives" as a trophy, and paint their face with its blood as proof.[3]
Abilities
Gushing Wound — Inflicts X Physical damage to an enemy every 3 sec for 12 sec. Removed by any healing effect.
Howling Screech — Reduces the attack power of nearby enemies by 15%.
Stealth — Puts the caster in stealth mode. Lasts until cancelled. Active on spawn, prior to attacking the player.

Notes
- Gor'krosh's lair is always present in Durotar, though the raptor itself along with some Dead Peons and the interactable Raptor Nest only spawn during [50-70] Cornering Gor'krosh.
- Gor'krosh is not tamable by hunters.
