Hail Decimation — The elemental condenses the pools of Frigid Glaze into razor-sharp hailstones and hurls them at players, inflicting 30 Frost damage within 3 yards of impact.
Mark of the Arctic — The elemental infuses several players with arctic frost inflicting 2 Frost damage every 1 sec and reducing movement speed by 25% for 15 sec.
