The Frostwave Lieutenant is a water elemental summoned by touching an Ice Stone in Zoram Strand in Ashenvale during the Midsummer Fire Festival. As a water elemental, it is intrinsically immune to spells in the frost school.
Abilities
Frost Nova — Blasts enemies near the caster for 21 to 24 Frost damage and freezes them in place for up to 8 sec. Damage caused may interrupt the effect.
Frost Shock — Instantly shocks the target with frost, causing 95 to 101 Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50%. Lasts 8 sec. Causes a high amount of threat.
