Fragment of Deathwing's Jaw is an objective of 
[35] Patricide.
Following Deathwing's defeat at the Maelstrom, Lord Itharius now resides in the Horde capital of Orgrimmar and Chromie in the Alliance capital of Stormwind, both with fragments of Deathwing's Jaw. Speaking with either of them will allow players to witness the closing cinematic of Cataclysm.

Hotfix (2011-12-20): Players on the quest [35] Patricide can no longer receive the Fragment of Deathwing's Jaw while in a Raid Finder group. - Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Added.
