Forged Ranseur is looted from a Weapons Rack on the second floor of a building in Tranquillien in the Ghostlands. It is taken to be empowered by magic from Bastion and Maldraxxus in the Shadowlands, and both Fightlord San and Vandellor infuse it with enhancements against Vorath.
