Focused Mending is a conduit for holy priests. It drops from Executor Tarvold in the Sanguine Depths, Huntsman Altimor in Castle Nathria, and Dausegne in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
