Notes

Note that [Prayer of Mending] does not actually heal the target at the time when it is cast and applied. This effect will only trigger with the healing done when Prayer of Mending jumps off that initial target. If the initial target takes no damage before Prayer of Mending expires, then this talent will have no effect.
