Fin Fizracket is a goblin quest giver located in Booty Bay in the Cape of Stranglethorn. He is affiliated with the Blackwater Raiders. He suffered from Stranglethorn Fever, which is cured only by eating the heart of the gorilla Mokk the Savage. Though this apparently cured him, he is once again sick by the time of the Cataclysm, this time with the very similar Cape of Stranglethorn Fever.
