Failed Experiments are deceased twilight whelps located in Blackwing Descent during 
[50] Beginning the Descent. Void Wraiths can be seen draining energy from their corpses. The ones who survived their experiments were changed into Void-Twisted Whelps. The dead ones end up as food for the Spawn of Shad'har.
