The Failed Experiment is a twilight drake located in Blackwing Descent during 
[50] Beginning the Descent. It is found just below the elevator. Once the 
[Corrupt Black Dragonscales] have been retrieved, the drake has regained enough strength to fly and offers its aid to bring the adventurer back to Silithus.
