Excavator Morgrum Emberflint is a Dark Iron dwarf located in the Alliance camp in Xibala in Zuldazar. He assisted Acadia Chistlestone with excavation by Excavation Elementals, much to Acadia's frustration.^[1]^[2] He wanted to get his hands on the Breath of Xibala for the hefty sum of gold that the Alliance placed for it.^[3] He had an Alliance adventurer help in his excavations as well as with surveying the area in order to find the Breath. As they were searching the ruins, they were ambushed by Nightborne Saboteurs led by Third Telemancer Syranel, who stole the Breath by using teleportation before Morgrum could claim it.^[4] As such, he requested help in eliminating the Horde presence,^[5] including killing Syranel allowing him to claim the artifact. Although he found the Breath to be underwhelming, he paid the adventurer off and promised to praise them to the Alliance.^[6]

He later traveled with the Dragonscale Expedition to the Dragon Isles and is found atop a tower in the Dragonheart Outpost in the Waking Shores as a pet trainer with his three pets.
