Enchanter Vevesi is a nightborne located just north of the Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores. He and Hauler Bennet were dragging a wagon to the camp when it got stuck in the mud. He can be seen struggling with a levitating spell that also caught Flip Quickcharge and Pristy Quickcharge.
