Empty Magma Shell drops from lava slugs in the vicinity of [23, 71] south of the Obsidian Citadel, then head to [71, 25] east of Scalecracker Keep. An Empowered Snail is way down in the lava, so the goal is to swim into the lava and channel a 16-second Embiggening Snail cast on it. Completing the spell then awards the 
[Magmashell] mount.
As swimming in lava... hurts, just a bit... and players are busy channeling the spell, a healer (or the 
[Everlasting Horn of Lavaswimming] from Siege on Dragonbane Keep will need to be on-hand to keep the channeling player alive.
