Elder Kuruti is a Lost One located in Feralfen Village in Zangarmarsh. He is the leader of the Feralfen tribe.

Anchorite Ahuurn prepared a potion that transformed the adventurer into a bird spirit that the Feralfen Lost Ones worshiped and sent them to Kuruti to let him know that the draenei were ready to welcome his people as their long lost brothers. Kuruti, however, saw through the illusion. He knew about the draenei's intention, but the Lost Ones didn't need them and believed they could stand as a separate people. With that, Kuruti send the adventurer back to the draenei to let them know his response.[1]

Kuruti attended the Tishamaat in the Exodar, having been told about it by Anchorite Ahuurn. Because his people had been treated like outsiders they had chosen to be outsiders, embracing their isolation. However, he has since realized that it was ignorance and not malice that made the anchorites of Telredor treat them this way, and having been asked to attend as an equal Kuruti would hear them out. Standing next to Ahuurn, he was seen speaking with Alchemist Funen and Arechron in the Trader's Tier.

Exodar gossip

My people were treated like outsiders and so we chose to be outsiders. We embraced our isolation and grew stronger because of it.

Had the anchorites of Telredor respected our strength, addressed us as equals--perhaps we could have spoken. Instead, they treated us like wayward talbuk needing to be brought back to the field.

But I have reasoned it was ignorance and not malice that fueled them. They were ascetics for centuries. To say their social skills are lacking would be kind.

I am not one to be stung twice, but since I have been asked here as an equal, I will hear them out.
