Ecologist Iskha is a red dragonspawn located at the Restless Wetlands in the Waking Shores. He and Ecologist Tharu are attempting to stop the ecological destruction of the wetlands by wind and water elementals.

Their little station has the following bodies: a Tragically Deceased Riverbeast, three Tragically Deceased Crabs, and a Tragically Deceased Waterfowl.

He also attended the gathering in Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death.

Gossip

We are watching an ecological collapse, and while I agree we must do something, we shouldn't allow ourselves to act rashly.

Gossip Why are there so many deceased animals here?

These poor creatures are victims of the elementals that are encroaching on these wetlands.
We've been studying their corpses...
<Iskha looks back at Tharu and then continues.>
... in the hopes we will be able to keep their fellows from meeting the same end.
Don't worry. Death for one is food for another. Even death can nurture life.
Gossip I want to ask about something else.

Gossip What can you tell me about these wetlands?

<Iskha glances over to Tharu as if seeking consensus.>
Due to their relative safety and abundance of food, many types of birds and fish rely on wetlands as breeding grounds.
Many migrate here from very far away to lay their eggs and raise their young before returning home. It makes our protection of these lands all the more vital!
Gossip Thank you for the wetlands facts.

Gossip What makes you who you are?

That's quite the question!

<Iskha pauses to think for a moment.>

Well, before I met Tharu, I was even slower to act than I am now. I've always preferred to wait and see, and take a measured approach.

That hasn't changed, but Tharu has helped me come out of my hesitant shell, so to speak.

He respects who I am, but also complements it.

I'm half of both of our whole.
