Dreadborne Seers are inquisitors located in the halls of the Arcway.
Abilities
Eye of the Beast — Summons an Eye of the Beast for 1 min or until the caster dies. The eye shoots Optic Blasts at nearby enemies, inflicting Fire damage to all enemies between the eye and its target.
Prophecies of Doom — Blasts all enemies within 40 yards, inflicting Shadow damage.
