Seer
- Not to be confused with far seer.
- This article is about seers in general. For the tauren priest order, see Seers.
“There are those who seek to lie and twist the truth. Seers, on the other hand, bring the truth to light.”
A seer (or seeress if female)[1] is usually someone with the ability to predict the future or see things hidden from mundane eyes, like a clairvoyant or a prophet.
The Seers[2] are an order of tauren priests who revere the wisdom of the Earthmother as illuminated by the Light of An'she,[3] and exist under the leadership of the Sunwalkers.

In the RPG
The three most powerful healers in a tauren tribe support the chief, the most powerful of whom takes the title seer. A chief generally consults his seer and her two contemporaries before making a decision, but this consultation is not required.[19]
Seers and scholars maintain that the Horde's arrival through the Dark Portal heralded the return of the ancient powers to mortal events.[20]
