Dreadborne Seers are inquisitors located at the Terminus in the Antoran Wastes.
Abilities
- Expulse Shadows - Release the dark energies within, firing bolts of Shadow magic every 1 sec for 6 sec. These bolts inflict Shadow damage to enemies within 2 yards of the impact location.
- Shadowfrost Nova - Launches a nova of frozen shards, inflicting Shadowfrost damage and reducing movement speed by 75% for 5 sec to enemies within 30 yards.
- Shadowfrost Shard - Launches a frozen shard of dark energy, inflicting Shadowfrost damage to an enemy and reducing its movement speed by 50% for 4 sec.
