The Dormant Waygate at Eon's Fringe.

Dormant Waygates are pieces of ancient technology found on the Dragon Isles. They once formed a travel network powered by an immense amount of energy, but all of the stones have long since gone dormant. They can be reactivated into Ancient Waygates at certain Renown levels with the Dragonscale Expedition, starting with the Skytop Observatory and Cobalt Assembly waygates at Renown level 7.
