Dizzy One-Eye is a human quest giver located in Booty Bay (map coordinates 28,75) in the Cape of Stranglethorn. He is affiliated with the Blackwater Raiders. He lost both of his eyes in battle but whilst he was in Menethil Harbor, a wizard enchanted a glass eye that allowed him to see again. Unfortunately, it has been stolen by the Bloodsail Buccaneers and is unable to do his lookout duties until he gets it back.
