Dhar Oztan [22, 63] is a crystal-covered mountain on the western peninsula on the Isle of Dorn. The Tranquil Strand is on the shoreline just to the east, and the Orecreg and Freywold Village lie to the southeast. Alunira can be found circling its peak.
On the mountain is an old Stormrider outpost that predates the Stormperch. It was here that stormrooks were initially summoned to Azeroth through a massive storm caused by the clash of Durzan and Belzt[1], and it was here that they were summoned again after the death of Stormward Baelgrim and the loss of the Stormperch.[2]
