Thul Medran ^[46, 24] is the highest peak on the Isle of Dorn, serving as Dornogal's northern border. It is accessed through Keeper's Breath. On its top are Kronolith, Might of the Mountain and a Slumbering Mountain Giant. It is circled by Docile Cloudrooks.
