at a skill of (25).
Rank 2 is taught by the same trainers for 50 at a skill of (50).
Rank 3 is taught by 
[Schematic: Deployable Attire Rearranger]; purchased from Sister Lilyana or Natal'hakata for 1200 and requires revered reputation with Storm's Wake or Zandalari Empire.
It allows for portable transmogrification services, and serves as a far cheaper (albeit consumable) alternative to the 120,000 
[Reins of the Grand Expedition Yak].
