Defias Rebels are humans located at Moonbrook in Westfall.
They are members of the Defias Brotherhood who remained loyal to Vanessa VanCleef even after the organization was turned against her by Duncon Ratsbon and Count Clessington, as they joined the organization to help the people of Westfall and not to plunder them. However, seeing how easily a noble turned the Brotherhood against her made Vanessa realize that she was no longer one of them, she then told them to return home and help the people of Westfall in other ways. They reluctantly agreed to leave, thanking her one last time, and calling her Hope, before heading to Moonbrook.[1]
Following the defeat of Clessington and Duncon at Northshire Valley, their names were revealed to be Ethel Siltsift, Gerget Hardhands, and Heather May. They later joined the Breadbasket Guild, recently formed with the help of Vanessa and Cecilia Clessington, in order to restore Westfall and help its inhabitants.
