Darkstone Isle is a small island off the western coast of the Broken Shore. A portal to Niskara can be found there.
On their quest to obtain 
[Thas'dorah, Legacy of the Windrunners], a joint Farstrider-Silver Covenant team has captured the portal and Pustulio the Lesser.
On their quest to obtain 
[T'uure, Beacon of the Naaru], Vindicator Boros and the High Priest find Alora here and team up with Jace Darkweaver to kill Subjugator Valith and enter Niskara.
