Cygenoth is an ogre disguised as a black dragonspawn, found in the Smoldering Perch in the Waking Shores. A member of the Twilight's Hammer, Cygenoth corrupted the Worldbreakers. Ayasanth worked with dissidents and adventurers to end him.
Abilities
Crimson Flame — Hurl earth at an enemy dealing 14 Physical damage.
Mind Flay — Reduces the movement speed of the target by 50% for 5 sec. Inflicts 6 Shadow damage to an enemy every 1 sec for 5 sec.
Worldbreaker's Wrath — Conjures bolts of Shadow magic and launches them in an area around the caster. Enemies hit by the bolts suffer 40 Shadow Damage.
