Patch 11.0.5 (2024-10-22): Now granted by [Auras of the Resolute] (was a row 2 class talent).
Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): No longer granted by default for Retribution.
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Now a row 2 class talent, and is automatically learned for Retribution.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now granted by the class talent [Auras of Swift Vengeance] (was learned at level 21).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Re-added at level 21 (was 62).
