Crank Fizzlebub is a goblin located in the Salty Sailor Tavern in Booty Bay, in the Cape of Stranglethorn. Like many goblins, he can be quite shady in his operations. He had adventurers obtain Singing Blue Crystals from members of the Venture Company for his own gain and assisted Kravel Koalbeard in fixing the rocket car races at the Mirage Raceway by using the mind-bending  [Zanzil's Mixture] on the crew pit teams.
