Constellar Designates are constellars located in the Seat of the Pantheon in the Antorus, the Burning Throne instance during the Argus the Unmaker encounter.

Abilities

Arcane Vulnerability - Increases Arcane damage taken by 100%.
Blades of the Eternal - Melee attack damage increased by 300%.
Cosmic Beacon - Selects a player as a targeting beacon for Cosmic Smash, calling one down at their position after 4 sec.
Cosmic Power - Empowers the caster and any other Constellar Designates within 20 yds., increasing damage done by 20% for 3 min.
Cosmic Ray - Channels a beam of cosmic energy towards a player, inflicting 3000000 Arcane damage to any players hit by the beam.
Cosmic Smash - Inflicts 2030000 Arcane damage to all players immediately and an additional 1220000 Arcane damage every 2 sec. for 10 sec. This effect stacks.
Fire Vulnerability - Increases Fire damage taken by 100%.
Frost Vulnerability - Increases Frost damage taken by 100%.
Holy Vulnerability - Increases Holy damage taken by 100%.
Impending Inevitability - Constellars gain Inevitability when their casts are interrupted.
Inevitability - Immune to interrupts for 20 sec.
Nature Vulnerability - Increases Nature damage taken by 100%.
Physical Vulnerability - Increases Physical damage taken by 100%.
Shadow Vulnerability - Increases Shadow damage taken by 100%.
Starblast - Inflicts 1170000 to 1360000 Arcane damage to an enemy.
Sword of the Cosmos - Increases melee attack damage by 200% and grants the ability Cosmic Power.
