The optimum way of dealing with them seems to be to either Seduce or [Mind Control]. Their 
[Rain of Fire] ability ticks for over 2,000 and their 
[Blizzard] for over 1,700, so they can deal significant damage before they die if controlled.
Reputation
- Provides 5 reputation with Cenarion Expedition until Honored.
- The Heroic version provides 5 reputation Cenarion Expedition all the way to Exalted.
