Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now accumulates 20% of your healing done (was 30%).
Hotfix (2022-11-22): Fixed an issue causing [Recall Cloudburst Totem] to be immediately usable after summoning a Cloudburst Totem.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 5 Restoration talent (was a level 45 Restoration talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now level 45 (was 90).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now available only to Restoration and only affects the shaman's healing. Effectiveness increased to 30% (up from 20%). Can now be recalled to heal.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Added.
