- A cutscene plays, showing Xavius, a Nightmare-corrupted Ysera, and a bound Malfurion Stormrage.
- Xavius says: Tyrande Whisperwind! I have longed for this encounter for many years.
- Xavius says: Your adoring husband will be joining me in the nightmare. His was a special invitation.
- Xavius says: And our dear Ysera! Would you believe she has had a change of heart?
- Xavius says: She will aid me in our conquest of Val'sharah, starting with your precious Temple of Elune.
- Ysera flies off.
- Xavius says: Such a dilemma, high priestess!
- Xavius says: Kneel beside your beloved as he draws his final breath? Or watch the temple of your goddess burn!
- Xavius teleports away, taking Malfurion with him.
