Celestial Offering is an August Celestials reputation reward, sold for 100 from 
Sage Whiteheart at the Shrine of Seven Stars and 
Sage Lotusbloom at the Shrine of Two Moons in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It requires honored reputation to purchase.
It gives the player a passive buff when they are near the respective August Celestials' temple:
- Temple of the Jade Serpent, Jade Forest: +10% Intellect
- Cradle of Chi-Ji, Krasarang Wilds: +1000 health per second
- Niuzao Temple, Townlong Steppes: +10% Stamina
- Temple of the White Tiger, Kun-Lai Summit: +10% Agility and Strength
The coin does not need to be in the player's inventory in order to work.
