When activated, Yu'lon and Chi'Ji apply Chi Cocoons to 5 targets within 0 to 40 yds, absorbing (16% of Total Health) damage for 10 sec.

• Hotfix (2023-12-19): Enveloping Breath healing reduced by 10%. Does not apply to PvP.
