Invoke Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent is a Mistweaver monk ability.

It is an exclusive choice node with [Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane].

Notes

A lot of this ability's power does not actually come from the Soothing effect itself, but the cost reduction to [Enveloping Mist], as well as other talents that become active whenever either mistweaver celestial is active.
Enveloping Mist allows in turn for [Rapid Diffusion] to trigger the spread of more [Renewing Mist] applications from each cast of Enveloping Mist) and the Enveloping Breath shield from the [Celestial Harmony] talent.
The other buff is namely [Invoker's Delight], which increases haste.
[Gift of the Celestials] provides a flat lowered cooldown.

As a choice node to [Gift of the Celestials], [Jade Bond] provides modest cooldown reduction on [Mastery: Gust of Mists] triggers. However when using Yu'lon, there are not typically enough Gusts to reduce the cooldown of Yu'lon. This contrasts to [Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane] which generates Gusts more frequently while it is active.
While using Gift of the Celestials does mean there is a shorter duration to ramp up, this should still be enough time to deploy a significant amount of Enveloping Mists before the celestial fades and the Renewing Mists cast at the start of a 25 second Invoke would have quickly faded anyway.

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Invoke Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent and [Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane] now properly override each other on your Action Bar when swapping talents.
Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Now reduces the cost of [Enveloping Mist] by 50% (was 33%).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Enveloping Mist mana cost now reduced by 33% while Yu'lon is active. Now a row 6 Mistweaver talent (was a level 42 Mistweaver ability).
Hotfix (2020-12-07): Resolved an issue with the interaction between having both [Summon Jade Serpent Statue] and Invoke Yu'lon, the Jade Serpent active.
