Caretaker Kah-Than is an attendant located in various locations in Korthia during the "They Could Be Anyone!" storyline of the Chains of Domination campaign.
Kah-Than describes herself as a survivor from the attack on the Seeker's Quorum, and she is searching for Fatescribe Roh-Kalo. Once the Fatescribe is found in the Sanctuary of Guidance, Kah-Than is revealed to be, in fact, a disguised nathrezim Kin'tessa.
