Burn Shaman rune Passive Your Flame Shock now strikes up to 5 targets, gains 6 sec increased duration, and deals 100% increased damage. In addition, while you have Flametongue Weapon imbued on your main hand equipped weapon, you gain increased spell damage equal to 150% of your Intellect.

Burn is a Shaman rune for helms. It is learned from  [Rune of Burn].

Patch changes

• Patch 1.15.5 (2024-11-19): The bonus to spell damage granted from intellect has been increased by 50%.
  
• Patch 1.15.4 (2024-09-24): Now requires [Flametongue Weapon] on main hand weapon to grant its spell damage. It also now grants 1 spell damage per intellect (was 2 spell damage per level).
  
• Hotfix (2024-07-29): You can no longer have Burn and [Way of Earth] active at the same time by using Rockbiter Rank 3.
  
• Hotfix (2024-05-01): Now also grants a significant bonus to spell power when Flametongue Weapon is imbued on your weapon.
  
• Hotfix (2024-04-23): Now increases [Flame Shock] Damage by 100% and flame shock DoT duration by 6 seconds, and causes Flame Shock to strike up to 5 targets (was 3 targets).
  
• Patch 1.15.2 (2024-04-02): Added.
