Breathless is a rare unbound air elemental found on the Forbidden Glacier in southwestern Frostfire Ridge.
Abilities
Arctic Winds — Chills the area around the caster. Inflicts Frost damage and continually reduces movement and haste.
Freeze Lungs — Freezes the air around an enemy, inflicting Frost damage and stunning for 3 sec.
Sleet — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and roots them for 3 sec.
