Keegan Alby is a Kul Tiran human guard of House Stormsong, located at Anglepoint Wharf in Tiragarde Sound. He was protecting the young Lord Brannon Stormsong, but lost him when their town fell. The traitor Brother Conway held Stormsong hostage in the Stormsong manor, and a shameful and worried Keegan would try convince adventurers to rescue him.
