Brakor was a legendary orc hero of the Thunderlord clan in ancient times, when they were still enslaved by the ogres of Frostfire. He wielded the legendary spear  [Gronnsbane], which was blessed by the elements and beasts of the land, but which lost its power once leaving Brakor's hands. Brakor's first kill with the spear was when he proved his might by slaying one of the ancient black rylaks that inhabit the tallest spires of the Stonefury Cliffs, after which the weapon grew in power.

Long after Brakor's death, Harrison Jones requested the aid of the commander to retrieve Gronnsbane for him by following the clues left by an orc sage called Argoram.
