Abilities

Freezing Circle — Summons a circle of ice that freezes enemies.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 6 sec.
Frostbolt Volley — Inflicts Frost damage to all enemies in front of the caster within 20, reducing their movement speed for 4 sec.
